The questions everyone wants to ask.
Asked out loud or typed into Google at midnight — here are the real questions, answered straight.
Will I look “done”?+
Not here. The whole philosophy of this clinic is natural results: soften rather than freeze, restore rather than reshape, and always start conservative. The compliment to aim for is “you look really well” — from people who have no idea why. If you ask for something that would tip you into looking overdone, you’ll be told, kindly and plainly.
Does it hurt?+
Less than you’re imagining. Numbing cream, fine needles, a gentle technique and an unhurried pace do most of the work — and over ten years of clinical practice with anxious patients does the rest. Most people’s actual words afterwards: “that was nowhere near as bad as I thought.”
I’m terrified of needles. Is this even possible for me?+
Yes — and you won’t be the first. Tell us when you enquire. Appointments for nervous patients are booked with extra time, everything is explained (or deliberately not narrated, if you’d rather not know), and you can pause or stop at any moment. Plenty of people who “could never do needles” leave wondering what they were worried about.
How do I choose a practitioner I can trust?+
It’s your face — choose slowly, and choose on substance. Good markers to look for, anywhere you go: a registration with a professional body you can check (Nicole is GDC-registered); genuine medical or clinical training, with real anatomy knowledge; a proper face-to-face consultation before any treatment is agreed; honest conversation about risks and realistic results; and a practitioner who is comfortable telling you no. Anyone who ticks those boxes is taking your face as seriously as you do.
How much does it cost?+
Honestly: it depends — on the treatment, the area, and what your plan actually needs, which is why pricing here is confirmed at your consultation, clearly and in writing, before anything is decided. What you’ll never find is pressure to commit on the spot, or a “deal” that expires if you dare go home and think about it.
What happens at a consultation?+
A private, unhurried conversation: what’s bothering you, your medical history, an assessment of your face, and all the suitable options explained in plain English — including the option of doing nothing. You leave with a written plan and prices, and time to think. Treatment never happens on the same day as a first consultation.
Am I too young — or too old — for this?+
Treatments here are for adults of any age; what matters is that the plan fits your face and your reasons. Sometimes the honest advice to a younger face is “not yet — let’s talk skincare”. Sometimes the honest advice to an older face is that skin-quality treatments will do more than anything else. Either way you’ll get the truth, not a sales pitch.
What if Nicole doesn’t think a treatment is right for me?+
Then she’ll tell you — and explain why, and what (if anything) would genuinely help instead. No treatment is ever sold here. That’s not a slogan; it’s the business model: results good enough that you come back and tell your friends.
Why don’t you show before-and-after photos?+
Because this clinic advertises carefully and conservatively, in line with the strict UK rules that govern aesthetic treatments. What you’ll get instead is better: an honest, face-to-face conversation about what’s realistically achievable for your face.
